Obsession With Eyes

I've always found the eyes of racing drivers fascinating. They are often the subject of my favorite images taken by other photographers as well as my own. Could it be the mystery of what's going through the mind behind those eyes? Often they show the intense concentration it requires to operate a machine on a razors edge at over 200 MPH. At times they show us massive frustration and anger yet they are capable of convening pride and epic jubilation... all without a spoken word.
